~ Bianconello '17 ~
Nello's own blend of two estate wines, Fiano and Arneis. Medium-light bodied, bringing flavors of honeydew and pear from Fiano, and peach, yellow apple and honey from Arneis. Dry yet richly flavorful, Bianconello pairs with light meats and fish, creamy pastas and simple dishes with fresh herbs.
~ Sangiovese '16 ~
Intense, deliciously balanced, medium-full bodied, medium-high tannins. Flavors of dried cherries, figs, and roasted tomato. No wine goes better with Italian food—Lasagna!—than Sangiovese. State Fair Judges have declared Nello's the “Best Sangiovese of California.”
~ Viognier '17 ~
Viognier is sometimes called "the red-wine-lover's white" because of its body, medium acidity and rich flavors. Nello's estate Viognier is dry with fresh-tasting flavors of tangerine, rose-honeysuckle and peach, without the expected sweetness. Pair it with medium-weight meats, root vegetables, dishes with rich spices such as saffron, turmeric, paprika and ginger.
