Right on Highway 50.

About 45 minutes from Sacramento straight up Highway 50, about an hour down the hill from South Lake Tahoe, and around two and a half hours from the Bay Area. Take the Camino exit and look for our sign.

Visit us on Apple Hill. Take the Camino Exit off Hwy 50 and look for our sign. Plenty of parking, spectacular views, and a festival patio with live bands and food served by our sister company, Hwy 50 Brewery. Wine on one side, beer on the other. Food, music, views and good vibes all around.

What it costs

  • Tasting at the bar $15, free for club members
  • Wine flights on the patio $25, $5 for club members, or free on one of your six quarterly flights
  • When the live music starts, tastings and flights end and wine is by the glass or bottle

  • Dogs? Yes, well behaved and on a leash
  • Kids? Family friendly, with non-alcoholic drinks. The festival patio is open air and spacious, with room for large groups, long views and plenty of space to roam
  • Food? Served by Hwy 50 Brewery on a shared patio experience with pizza, Italian salads, chicken wings, tacos, chili and more ranging from $10 to $20, something for the whole family. Plus pop-up BBQ and pasta events for club members, friends and family. Full menu and prices

  • Accessible? Yes. Park on the east side of the building for easy access to the patio

In the wine cellar of the historic Sequoia Mansion, dating back to 1853. Built by one of California’s earliest entrepreneurs, Colonel Frederick Bee, and later expanded by Judge Marcus Bennett. Sutter’s Mill gold discovery site is only 8 miles away.
