Refreshing CaliMojo™ —Nello Olivo's New Wine Spritzer

What do you get when you cross Tempranillo grape wine with carbonated cola?

In Europe they call it Kalimotxo, where it has become a wildly popular refreshing drink. Here, we call it CaliMojo™ and the "wildly" is just beginning!

We make it the same as they do in Europe. But we use locally-sourced Tempranillo wine mixed with—not just any cola—but our own House Cola made right here with all natural ingredients.

We developed the recipe and the process with help from amazingly talented Gary Ritz, Brewmaster at our sister company, Highway 50 Brewery which shares our location. So our version of the spritzer is home-grown and unique. We like to say it contains a little essence of "California Mojo" and this shows in the colorful So-Cal styled label.

CaliMojo™ is only available in our tasting room for now, so we invite you come enjoy a glass with lunch on our patio.

We think you'll find this European/West Coast fusionary spritzer (yes, we made that word up) refreshingly drinkable!

In our Camino tasting room, you can have a glass of CaliMojo™ served on-tap over ice, or you can buy a 70oz. refillable growler and let it live in your fridge. You can also buy CaliMojo™ in chilled 16oz. cans, singles or 4-pack.
