A sparkling blend of Chardonnay, Symphony, Pinot Noir and Muscat. Not too sweet and not too dry. Light and crisp with good balance and a pleasing finish. Let a thousand tiny bubbles rise to your occasion! Dry, slightly tropical finish, medium acid, medium to light body.

Pair with well with aged cheddar.
