This well-balanced, clean white wine blends Arneis grapes, traditionally grown in the North of Italy, and Fiano in the South—a blend forbidden by Italy’s DOCG regulations. But you’re in luck! Nello’s vineyard is in California where he’s free to mingle his 100% estate grown Arneis and Fiano to make his delicious and unique namesake white. Medium-light bodied Bianconello brings flavors of honeydew and pear from Fiano, and peach, yellow apple and honey from Arneis. Dry yet richly flavorful, Bianconello.

Pair with light meats and fish, creamy pastas and simple dishes with fresh herbs.
